Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary
We are seeking an Advanced Practice Nurse/Nurse Practitioner (APP) to join our healthcare team. The APP will provide patient care in hospital and office settings, working in collaboration with a supervising physician. This role adheres to the Advanced Practice Nurse/Nurse Practitioner standards of care established in Texas.

Responsibilities
??Deliver patient care based on established medical standards and best practices.
??Perform patient assessments, triage, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatments.
??Collaborate with physicians and medical staff for patient care plans.
??Address barriers to care such as financial, cultural, or transportation challenges.
??Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and follow protocols.

Education:
??Master?? Degree (BSN, MSN, or ANP)

License/Certification:
??Advanced Practice Nurse/Nurse Practitioner license in Texas; BLS required.

Skills:
??Proficiency in medical terminology and reimbursement policies.
??Strong knowledge of patient triage, diagnosis, and treatment methods.
??Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
??Ability to manage priorities effectively and interact with diverse groups.

Experience
??1-2 years of experience preferred, but not required.
