6:00 am - 6:00 pm
$20.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
??Repair, clean, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment, including engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines.
??Observe mechanical devices in operation, identifying issues by listening for irregular sounds and inspecting components.
??Examine parts for defects and wear, assessing dimensional changes.
??Adjust and calibrate functional parts of devices and control instruments.
??Test machinery performance after adjustments or repairs.
??Operate metalworking tools, including lathes, drill presses, and grinders, to fabricate and repair parts.
??Initiate purchase orders for necessary parts and equipment.
??Utilize troubleshooting techniques to determine root causes and implement solutions.
??Document repair actions daily.
??Perform additional tasks as needed to maintain plant equipment and property.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
??High school diploma or GED required.
??1-7 years of related experience and/or training preferred, but not required.
??Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and maintenance instructions.
??Strong written communication skills for reports and correspondence.
??Proficiency in basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
??Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and interpret technical drawings and graphs.
??Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and determine solutions.
??Comfortable interpreting technical instructions in various formats.
??Physically capable of lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs. and frequently lifting 25 lbs.
??Able to work at heights using ladders, boom lifts, or scissor lifts.
