Job Description:

Responsibilities: ??Lead and manage multiple commercial and multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. ??Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures. ??Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. ??Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. ??Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. ??Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients. ??Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. ??Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers and other team members. Qualifications: ??Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred). ??Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on commercial and multifamily projects. ??Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish, on time and within budget. ??Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations. ??Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. ??Proficiency in project management software and tools. ??Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
