Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Responsibilities
??Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
??Monitor and document vital signs as needed, ensuring any changes are reported to healthcare professionals.
??Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and maintain accurate records of medication administration.
??Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
??Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting clients safely when necessary.
??Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy.
??Support clients in maintaining their independence while providing direct support as needed.
??Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance caregiving skills.

Experience
??Previous experience in home health care, long-term care, or senior care is preferred but not required.
??Knowledge of CPR techniques and basic first aid is advantageous.
??Familiarity with home community care practices and direct support services is beneficial.
??Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
??A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others live fulfilling lives.
