Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Accountant. In this role, you will manage financial accounting processes, oversee monthly and year-end reports, perform complex reconciliations, and ensure accurate financial reporting. You will also support budgeting, accounts receivable/payable, and maintain internal controls.

Key Responsibilities: ??Prepare monthly financial statements and support documentation. ??Lead annual budget preparation and perform budget-to-actual variance analysis. ??Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. ??Supervise accounting operations including journal entries and fixed asset schedules. ??Prepare monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations. ??Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP principles. ??Manage audit schedules and support external audits. ??Enforce internal controls to protect assets.

Qualifications: ??Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ??Proven experience as a Sr. Accountant or similar role. ??Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. ??Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. ??Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. ??Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. ??Effective communication skills with attention to detail. ??Must pass a nationwide background check and drug screen.
