Doota Industrial America is a leading provider of telecom infrastructure solutions, delivering high performance network and security services to support our operations. We are seeking a highly skilled Network & Security Engineer with CCIE (preferred) or CCNP (required) to oversee network architecture, security services, and infrastructure management at our home office. Requirements:

Key Responsibilities: ??Ensure network security and compliance with industry best practices, protecting company systems and data from cyber threats. ??Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN solutions. ??Oversee LAN/WAN, wireless networking, and cloud connectivity for multiple locations. ??Lead incident response and root cause analysis for network and security issues. ??Implement network automation and monitoring tools to improve efficiency and uptime. ??Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to manage hardware, software, and network services. ??Stay updated on emerging network technologies and security threats to recommend strategic improvements.

Qualifications
??CCIE (Preferred) or CCNP (Required) with extensive experience in enterprise networking and security.
??Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering, architecture, or security.
??Deep expertise in routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS).
??Strong hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network access control.
??Knowledge of SD-WAN, wireless networking, and cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
??Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills
??Experience working in telecom infrastructure or industrial networking environments.
??Bilingual in Korean is a plus but not required.
